Liens from the OVIRS pipeline calibration review

Purpose of review:  Confirm that the revised pipeline calibration procedure as documented in the SIS and Calibration document can be used to reproduce the calibrated data and are appropriately documented.

Result of review:  The data are certified and can be released to the public while the liens are resolved.

There is one lien which affects both the Calibration document and the SIS:

Lien:

Section 4.2 of the SIS says that the two arrays in the radiometric correction file and out of band correction file are for each instrument side. 

From the SIS:
"c. Radiometric Correction File – Data to convert superpixel data to a
characterized radiometric value (512xLx2), where there is a radiometric
correction array for each instrument side (A=1, B=2). The radiometric
correction arrays may be identical, for both sides but are not necessarily
the same.
d. Out of Band Correction File – Data to correct radiometrically calibrated
for out-of-band effects. (512xLx2), where there is an out of band
correction array for each instrument side (A=1, B=2). The out of band
correction arrays may be identical for both sides but are not necessarily the same."

The calibration document and SIS should be consistently clarified that the first array is to be used in all cases.
