OSIRIS-REx DSN data PDS Peer Review Known Issues

Documents:
1. We will change all document reference to use the "common" RS document bundle located at 
https://pds-geosciences.wustl.edu/radiosciencedocs/urn-nasa-pds-radiosci_documentation/

Context:
1. We will update Radio Science observing system context objects in the labels.
 

Target:
1. We have questions about the appropriate targets for the various radio science products. 
The InSight DSN products all use Mars as the target, but that does not make sense to us as the 
targets are actually either the spacecraft or Earth.  Please advise on the standard way to do this.

Weather:
1. The WEA data will be added as a secondary collection to the InSight WEA collection.

trk234_trknav:
1. Labels currently do not have a reference to the original trk-2-34 file used to produce the
sorted PDS4 compliant trknav product. We will need to add that to the labels. 
2. Are there any issues or potential issues using the re-sorted tracking data files?


SFF:
1. Are there any issues using these files with current software resulting from the change in line endings?
