We provide a three-dimensional shape model of near-Earth asteroid (4660) Nereus (provisional designation 1982 DB) based on radar data obtained at Arecibo and Goldstone in December 2001 and January 2002 as reported by Brozovic et al. (2009).  The preferred model provides a good match to the image resolution of 15 to 20 m.  The model provides an effective diamter of 0.33 +0.03/-0.01 km and a sidereal rotation period of 15.16 +/- 0.04 h.
