We provide a three-dimensional shape model of near-Earth asteroid (341843) 2008 EV5 based on radar data obtained in December 2008 at Arecibo and Goldstone as reported by Busch et al. (2011).  The model provides a good match to the image resolution of 15 - 37 m, a diameter of 400 +/- 50 m and a sidereal rotation period of 3.725 +/- 0.001 h.
