Radar data from Arecibo and Goldstone obtained in December 2001 are used to construct a three-dimensional shape model of near-Earth asteroid (33342) 1998 WT24 as reported by Busch et al. (2008).  The model provides a good match to the image resolution of 15 - 38 m and a sidereal rotation period of 3.6970 +/- 0.0002 h.
