Radar data obtained from Arecibo and Goldstone along with photometry obtained from the Panchromatic Robotic Monitoring and Polarimetry telescopes (PROMPT) in Chile in June 2009 are used to construct a three-dimensional shape model of near-Earth asteroid (136617) 1994 CC as reported by Brozovic et al. (2011). The radar data reveal (136617) 1994 CC is a triple system, but only the primary body has a 3-D shape model due to the lack of resolution and rotational coverage of the satellites. The model provides a good match to the image resolution of 19 m, an effective diameter of 0.62 +/- 0.06 km, and a sidereal rotation period of 2.3886 +/- 0.0001 h.
