We provide a three-dimensional shape model of near-Earth asteroid (10115) 1992 SK based on radar images and photometry as reported by Busch et al. (2006).  The radar data were obtained from Goldstone and optical photometry from Ondrejov Observatory in the Czech Republic in March 1999.  The model provides a good match to the image resolution of 38 m.  The model provides an effective diameter of 1.0 +/- 0.2 km and a sidereal rotation period of 7.3182 +/- 0.0003 h.
