Note: for PDS3 data sets migrated to PDS4, the following text is taken
verbatim from the data set description and confidence level note of the
PDS3 data set catalog file. In these cases, some details may not be correct
as a description of the PDS4 bundle.
                                                           
    This data set includes a collection of published lightcurves of           
    trans-Neptunian objects published through December 2002. The collection   
    includes lightcurves of 18 objects reported in the following papers:

    The lightcurves from each paper are in a separate file, because of        
    differences in the types of data reported.  Each data file includes the   
    time of observation in Julian Date, the magnitude and/or color index      
    reported for that time, and other parameters of the observation including 
    exposure time.  Error values on the measurements are included where       
    available.                                                                
                                                                              
    Three of the files give R-band lightcurves, and the fourth gives color    
    index lightcurves in B-R, V-R, and R-I.

    In 2012, the data files were split into separate files, one for each      
    lightcurve, to facilitate loading the data into the SBN data ferret.  The 
    version number of the data set was incremented to V1.1.


Known issues or problems with the data

    This data set underwent external peer review on May 29, 2003.

Version 1.0 of this bundle was migrated from version 1.1 of the PDS3 data set EAR-A-COMPIL-3-TNOLC-V1.1.
