Numerical shape model of M2 Deimos, derived solely from Viking Orbiter data. It has
uncertainties of ~400 m in much of the region longitude 200-355 degrees. This shape
model consists of a grid with points every 5 degrees in latitude and longitude, with
a radius in km associated with each point. Model is written with both 0 and 360
longitude entries. Coordinates are planetocentric. See Thomas (1993) for details of
shape model. Deimos rotates synchronously with its orbital period. Spin pole: RA=
316.65, Dec=53.53 J2000 in degrees. W = 79.41 + 285.1618970d in degrees, where d is
the number of days from the standard epoch (JD 2451545.0).
