path delay resulting from plasma in Earth's ionosphere as a function
of time.

calibration information. They were generated periodically by the DSMS and provided by JPL.
File names have the form yyyy_ddd_yyyy_ddd.txt, where the first 'yyyy_ddd' indicates the
starting date and second 'yyyy_ddd' indicates the end date of the file coverage.
The accompanying PDS4 label describes the content and structure of the file.
