The JGDWN_VES20H_GEOID is computed from the VESTA20H solution (from degree 2 up to degree 20). 
Note that the geoid is *not valid* for all points on the surface due to divergence of the 
spherical harmonics. The valid region is roughly between +- 60 degrees latitude.
