mosiac is a high-pass filtered version constructed from Voyager 2 images.     
It is a simple cylindrical projection based on the reference points noted     
in Thomas et al. 1995.  It is 1 degree per pixel, longitude runs 0 to 360     
degrees so longitude = 360 - sample.  Latitude is 90 - line (the flatter      
part of the image is the bottom).  The highest resolution in the images used
