                   INSTRUMENT Directory Contents                              
                                                                              
     The INSTRUMENT  directory contains documentation files for the           
NEAR MAG instrument and data.  The files listed below are found in this

CALPAPER            - Placeholder directory designed to contain the           
                      calibration paper for the instrument.  Currently        
                      this directory contains no papers, but in later         
                      data sets it will contain the following paper,
