This directory contains the catalog objects associated with the PDS/SBN       
special collection of Ida/Gaspra observations. Catalog objects provide        
summary high-level descriptions in formats that can be read both by           
users and by cataloging software. For detailed information, users are         
referred to any accompanying documentation.                                   
                                                                              
Catalog Files are provided for the following items:                           
                                                                              
  Data Set          This file provides an overview of the contents of         
   Collection       the Ida/Gaspra special collection.                        
  Data sets         These files provide an overview of the purpose and        
                    circumstances of the data collection, as well as          
                    key contact and production information.                   
  Instruments       These files provide a brief description of the            
                    instrument or instruments used to obtain the data.        
  Instrument Hosts  These files provide a brief description of the telescope, 
                    observatory or spacecraft which hosted the instrument     
                    during observations.                                      
  Missions          These files provide an overview of the mission producing  
                    the observations.                                         
  Targets           These files provide thumb-nail sketches of objects        
                    specifically named in the TARGET_NAME fields of the       
                    data files.                                               
  References        A single file, "igref.cat" is provided containing the     
                    complete citations corresponding to all REFERENCE_KEY_ID  
                    values mentioned elsewhere in the data labels and catalog
