     This table contains GRaND EDR (level1a) instrument state-of-health       
     (APID 191) data, extracted from raw telmetry packets via a data pipeline.

     Each row of the table gives the instrument state, including the mode,    
     high voltage settings, and counting parameters.  The first row always    
     corresponds to the first record in the raw data file.  Subsequent rows   
     are printed when any of the state parameters change.  The rows are       
     time-tagged so that periods for which the instrument state is fixed      
     can be identified.  If only one row is present, the instrument state
