The EXTRAS directory contains files which facilitate the use of the data on   
the disk, but which are not actually required for the use or understanding

This directory contains full sized TIFF versions of the three DTM files in    
the DATA area. These images may be useful to users of ArcGIS or other software
packages. The data are named following the same conventions used in the DATA  
directory.
